2. We send you  a shortlist of talented and qualified candidates and we take them through your interview process and you decide which candidates to hire

3. We hire the candidates (now “zcalers”) on our own payroll and we take care of everything related to HR, administration, equipment, benefits, etc.

4. You onboard them as you would onboard your own employees and they blend seamlessly into your existing teams, becoming an extension of them

5. Together, we meet on a regular basis for check-ins and adjustments to your team of zcalers
